2010 was a disappointment for Diamondbacks fans, as the D-backs landed on their backs after posting a last place finish and a record of 65 and 97, including a dismal 24-56 showing on the road. Sounds like they need a better travel agent, or perhaps more comfortable seats on the charter flight. Arizona posted a .250 team batting average and a 4.81 team ERA. The league’s offensive and pitching leaderboards were largely devoid of Diamondbacks in 2010, with no player batting above .284 and no pitcher winning more than 9 games.
