Super Bowl XLVI is at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana this year - it is going to be a great game at one of the most impressive new stadiums in the National Football League.  The Super Bowl XLII rematch between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants will feature another battle between Tom Brady and Eli Manning.  It will also feature a strategic battle between 2 former Bill Parcells-taught coaches - Bill Belichick (going for his 4th Super Bowl win with Brady) and Tom Coughlin (going for his 2nd Super Bowl win with Manning).  Coughlin and Manning stunned the world (and the undefeated Patriots) just 4 years ago when they harassed Brady into submission and denied the Patriots of a perfect season.  This time around, the 2 teams are more evenly-matched on paper, and it could turn into a shoot-out as both defense have struggled at times during the course of the grueling NFL season.  It should be another classic between the Giants and Patriots - Super Bowl tickets will be in high demand even in the cold weather sure to be endured in the midwest in Indy. 

Lucas Oil Stadium replaceD the RCA Dome as the home of the Indianapolis Colts in 2008.  Lucas Oil Stadium will be located only one block from the RCA Dome in downtown Indianapolis.  Lucas Oil Stadium will have a new retractable roof that will allow the Indianapolis Colts to play a portion of its NFL schedule outside, whether permitting.  Lucas Oil Stadium will also host the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2010 and the NCAA Women’s Final Four in 2011.
